How to Make Payment on NYSC Portal during Registration

National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) management provides Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) with two options of acquiring their call-up letters. The method of obtaining call-up letter include:

  • Collecting from institution attended
  • Printing online

To print call-up letter, payment is required online while registering for the NYSC scheme through Remita Pay Engine with option of using visa or master card or bank deposit. This article will guide you on how to make payment on NYSC portal during registration.

Here's How to Make Payment on NYSC Portal during Registration

  1. Visit the nysc portal at
  2. Click on "Login"
  3. Enter your email ID and password in the space provided
  4. Select "Click here to make payment"
  5. Click "Proceed to payment"

When the payment confirmation page is displayed, you'll be redirected to remita payment engine with various payment options.

To pay with ATM and Credit Cards or Wallet Payments:

  • Clicks on “Pay now with Cards or Wallets”
  • Enter your card details, pin and any other information required and if the transaction is successful, the redirect URL is loaded
  • Click on status of the transaction.

To Pay in any Bank Branch:

  • Copy the RRR number generated by NYSC portal and take to any of the approved banks. Click on “see available bank branches” to view the banks.
  • After making the payment at the bank branch, the PCM can check payment status on the URL: PCM inputs transaction reference number/email id or phone number used in Registering online. Click on “continue” to query Remita and view the transaction detail?
  • Click on “Get status” to view the details of payments.
